Absolutely. BouJay loves bringing ideas to life, whether it’s a special occasion, a unique flavor combo, or a personal favorite. Custom orders are welcome; just reach out with what you have in mind.
How far in advance should I place an order?
For standard orders, a few days’ notice is usually perfect. For custom or larger orders, we recommend reaching out at least 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and proper planning.
Can I request flavors or ingredients not listed on the menu?
Yes! The menu is just the starting point. If you’re dreaming up a flavor or ingredient you don’t see listed, BouJay is always happy to explore new ideas.
Do you accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions?
We do our best to accommodate dietary needs such as nut-free or other ingredient preferences when possible. Please note that BouJay operates in a kitchen that may handle common allergens, just ask and we’ll talk through options.

Always. Every BouJay bake is made from scratch using high-quality ingredients, no shortcuts, no mixes, just honest baking.
Where are you located, and do you offer pickup or delivery?
BouJay is based in Pittsburgh, Pa, with pickup available by arrangement. Delivery options may be available depending on order size and location, just ask when placing your order.
